Twice is Nice for Telly Award-Winning Pig Man Show
Quacamole Multimedia is pleased to announce that a 2011 Silver Telly has been awarded to Track Ten Productions in conjunction with Executive Producer, Brian "Pig Man" Quaca, for their work together on the Season 2 Opener of Leupold's Pig Man: The Series. Recognized as one of the most highly sought-after awards in the film and television industries, the Telly Award platform honors the very best in local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video, film, and web productions. Having previously received a Telly award in its 2010 debut, this marks the second award attributed to the production work completed for Pig Man: The Series and the show's first ever Silver Telly award signifying the highest achievement possible.
Although bold and non-traditional for outdoor television openings, the 2011 intro displayed Track Ten's artistic approach set to various scenes surrounding Pig Man's stomping grounds in Central Texas. A road-kill pig, a burial, fire ants, and a dog on a chain; far from your typical components ushering in a Sunday Night program on the Sportsman Channel, but certainly creative and unique enough to bring home some hardware. "It took several hours of filming retakes and fine tuning in post production to nail down the look that we were after." stated Brian Quaca, Host and Executive Producer. "I give a ton of credit to Al and Preston (Track Ten) for showing persistence, dedication, and artistic throughput for doing whatever it took to get the job done."
As Track Ten and Pig Man look to wrap up their first full season together as production partners, the future looks bright for the 2010 Sportsman Channel Host of the year flanked by a confident and talented field production and post production crew. Be sure to check out Leupold's Pig Man: The Series airing on Sunday Night Sportsman at 10:00PM EST only on The Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor TV for the American sportsman.
